How Monthly Limits Work
Reset Cycle
Your monthly limits reset every 30 days based on your signup date, not calendar months. If you signed up on the 15th, your limits reset on the 15th of each month.
No Rollover
Use it or lose it. If you only use 100 of your 300 minutes, you do not get 500 next month. You still get exactly 300.
Hard Stop
When you hit 300 minutes, transcription stops completely. There are no overages, warnings, or grace periods.
Monthly Limit Planning Strategy
Week 1-2: Priority Meetings
Use your minutes for critical meetings early in the month. Do not waste minutes on optional calls.
Week 3: Monitor Closely
Check your usage. If you are over 200 minutes, be selective about what you record.
Week 4: Conserve or Upgrade
If you are near the limit, stop recording non-essential meetings or consider upgrading.
