- Open Otter.ai and go to Settings
- Select Usage from the menu
- View your monthly transcription minutes used
- Check days until reset
Tip: Check weekly to avoid surprises.
What Happens When You Run Out
When you hit your 300-minute limit:
- Transcription stops immediately
- Otter will not join new meetings
- Existing transcripts remain accessible
- You must wait for the monthly reset or upgrade
